Forms Won't load on cellphone

I have several forms that we use on our website, but for some reason though they load on a desktop, they will not load on a cellphone.

Has anyone else seen this issue and maybe know how to fix?

    Hello,

    What plugin do you use for the contact form? As I see this is some weird construction with iframe inside which is not a good solution.

    We really suggest to use the Contact Form 7 instead.

    I was using Captain Form, but after this issue started, i tried using Ninja Forms... and both have exactly the same issue of not rendering on cellphones.

    I have tried WP Forms, and that seems to render on cellphones perfectly fine, and now you suggested Contact Form 7 i'll look at that too.

    As an FYI for anyone else with this kind of issue, Captain Form support is abysmal ... they don't respond to any tickets, so i'm assuming they are fully aware that their plugin is badly designed and can't fix it..
