theme registration not working

good day, i just bought the theme for my website and while navigating to Betheme>dashboard where it says paste your code here i enter my code but the green button below does nothing at all, and hitting enter after pasting my code just refreshes the page.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
