BeBuilder in templates is not working

Hey there I have multiple templates but somehow I cannot edit them anymore going into be builder it gives me some sort of a 404 inside the editor, editor is displayed but 404 page inside it.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
