BeBuilder is loading and nothing happened

After update - Graphic BeBuilder is only loading. I waited 15 minutes and the content is not loading
Could you help me? Before was working perfect.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Your server does not meet theme requirements.
Please get in touch with your server administrator, and ask to increase the max input vars value to at least 5000 and the max input time to at least 180.

Sorry, but I don't agree.
This is our server settings at all times:
max_input_time = 180
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 256M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 10000
max_execution_time = 300
link: .../phpinfo.php
I will confirm this data with the host, but from our side the values are correct.
Before theme update everything was correct.
You are right. For a brief moment, the system status showed that you had 1000 max input vars and 60 max input time, but now it is correct.
We have made some modifications in the files, and now BeBuiler loads.
Please, check that.

UPDATE - Thanks a lot - live builder is now working :)
Access to Portfolio Tab (Admin MENU) - still not working
I've restarted whole cache - and it works - I am not closing this topic. I'll check tomorrow, if everything be ok, I will send U flowers and beer :)
