Why BeBuilder Element FAQ and CTA don't show

Hi ,

I've problem about my website. why element FAQ and CTA don't show before update page? \

at the initial install and setup page, it still works fine. but now when I want to change the page, it always disappears after updating. please help and solve this? this is bug or something?
