The WP menu and the BE permanently present

Hello, I don't know if it's possible, but having both menus permanently would be great and faster. like on this image..

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
