Header removed

Hi, for some reason the header's been removed on the top of my pages. Can you please tell me how I get this back? I made a few adjustments to the custom styles and theme options, but not sure where this would have occured. Thanks!

Hi,

as we see, header displays fine. But if you still got a problem, please remove your custom css's to check where the problem is because it's for sure related with your changes.
