Can I have a bulleted list as part of the text?

on this page I added inline HTML. I am not getting bulleted list in windows chrome (I cleared cache) but I am getting it on shrome and safari ipad.
I tried disabling all chrome extensions in windows but didn't fix it. No bulleted list in Edge Either.
I tried firefox and it does work. Any ideas why Chrome and Edge wouldn't work in windows?
