Page not imported fully

I imported the pre-built website "Universe" and some of the elements do not load correctly.

After fiddling with it a bit, I tried to re-create the wrongly loaded sections, and even though it looks like I fixed the background images in the bebuilder, I can't get it to display on the live website.

I tried changing both the background and background hover, which displays correctly in the builder - but no effect on the live site.

Adding some photos for clarification:

Thank you in advance for your help!

  • Hey Phil!

    Thanks for answering real quick.

Here's the link to the website:

  • Did you handle this in the meantime?

I have checked your website, and do not see the problems you showed on your screenshots.

    Best regards

No, actually - I went to sleep!

It's odd to see it working on your side since I can't seem to see it correctly on my side.

I've tried using Edge, Chrome on my Laptop, Edge, Chrome on my PC, Brave on my Android and Safari on my wife's iPhone- none are working for some unknown reason.

Still works great in the BeBuilder, though 😅

  • There is a possibility that your website changes the URL from http to https.

Your htaccess can redirect your website to http, so you should edit it and change it to https.

If this does not help, it would be best to contact your hosting provider, who can help you.

    Best regards

    Hey Phil,

The site is loading with https - but it seems that no matter what prebuilt website I load into the subsite (in this case, - it would not fully import. I tested this with 10 different pre-built websites and every single one of them imports wonkily, with missing photos or backgrounds and the inability to display anything in the spot that the original, missing image or background was.

I'd gladly provide credentials so you can recreate it for yourself - just import a pre-built website to the subdomain.

I just followed the setup wizard, I even tried deleting and creating a new sub-domain - but without any luck.

    The main website, works perfectly.

Edit - I reinstalled everything (lol) and now when I import a pre-built website it still imports wonkily, but now the changes I make are visible in the front-end.

Case closed, thank you for helping me!

  • To be sure, everything is fine, now?

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Best regards
