Call Center Demo Hero image section setup

Hi I'm experimenting with the Call Center demo, however when I import the demo content, everything looks great but the hero image section is displaying the page title like this: https://cloudup.com/cphfb4s5_2b

When I hide the Subheading in the page settings, it disappears of course which is good, however I can't replicate this area

The white text with the orange brackets is what I'm trying to create. Is that being created in the Muffin builder? or the WP editor?

this was created with Revolution Slider. It's included into theme package so you can import this slider on your side easily.
