Website going slow after migration

Trying to update the website is really slow after we migrated it to GoDaddy and it's also showing strange things in the theme (see screenshot)

Please share with us your PHPINFO file. It's really necessary right now.

You can disregard the content from your screenshot. It will be fixed in the next update and cause no issues except displacing this text.
