cannot able to access premium bundled plugins
Hi Team,
Try to access https://ownerscircle.asia/wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins
but the browser turns up to display below.
"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
I am using administration user right in WP admin.
Please assist with which folder I need to change the user permission or verify.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I do not know what modifications you made in the files, but if you changed the design of the child theme, they will not be visible until you activate the child theme back.

I did not stop plugins or switch to the parent theme.
I just updated the Envanto latest theme version for the parent theme. Now, I can see the muffin builder on the page.
I think the old version crashed as the last update is 2 years back.
Second, how to activate the new plugin as it is not allow to click?

One of your plugins causes the problem.
I have deactivated them through the WP panel -> Plugins, and bundled plugins in Betheme -> Plugins work correctly.
To find out which is the root cause, please, disable your plugins one by one in WP panel -> Plugins.
