Custom inputs not saving

Hi Guys,

I'm facing a weird issue.

I've set several times the custom features like colors, fonts and header in the Menu → Betheme → Options.

Save and after reload it comes just like before the standard features.

I've already checked the cache and I don't know why it's not saving properly the custom features.

Please any idea how to solve it?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
