POST TYPE IS NOT VALID on templates

I can't edit header and footer on this site https://demo.digitaltown.it/caivano/

Going into Elementor templates I see that they are not editable, and I can't open Betheme Templates because a message says the POST TYPE IS NOT VALID.

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and ensure you have templates enabled there.

Thanks we've checked but templates is yet checked. Can I give you my credentials to see what's going on?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
