create a popup button always in the website

Hi there, I would like to create a popup button which is always show on every pages until visitor close it. How can I create? Website is https://www.ahfcswim.com/

Currently, there is no option to achieve that, but we are working on the popup builder, where this could be done. However, I cannot tell you the estimated time when it will be available.

If you need to achieve this now, you have to use some external plugin.
