Favicon not showing correctly

Hi there,

I've got a question regarding the favicon in BeTheme. I've uploaded a favicon.ico file with 32x32px and set it in theme options. Emptied (and temporarily disabled) all cache to make sure that wasn't interfering but I keep seeing the default blue "Be" favicon. On occasion it is sometimes showing the correct favicon, but 80% of the time it is the default Be icon. Any idea why this is happening? I've emptied all local (browser) cache, cleared and disabled all theme and server caching. But unfortunately without result.

Hope you can help me out. All suggestions are welcome.

Can you tell me where you put this favicon? In theme options or the WordPress customizer?

Try the tips mentioned there, and see if the problem persists.

Unfortunately (or luckily), every time I opened your website it displayed the correct favicon. I checked that on Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, in both normal and incognito mode.
