On about page, want to eliminate space between sections.

I want to eliminate space between at bottom of top section and second section which has slider revolution.

I have entered 0 margins everywhere I could think of, but that didn't solve the problem. Please advise

I solved only on desktop. On desktop the spacing is good-no gap
On tablet there is a gap between top two sections,
On mobile, the 2nd section has a gap between the top section and also the footer,

Please advise on how to eliminate gaps in tablet and mobile. (2 & 3)
