menu change the color only for some pages?

could you please tell me if I can change the color blue of the menu just in this page and keep it blue for the homepage and other pages.

If possible, please tell me how, if not, can you tell me how to make this menu white in the background, or can you explain what are the options I have to make it visible?

   color: #fff;
}

Put it in the Page Options in this page editor.
