I have a problem with importing a single page from a pre-build website. Nothing happens after pasting the url.

Is there any solution for the problem?

This is a portfolio page, and its content is populated automatically with portfolio projects, so there is no content made with BeBuilder on that page. Thus, this page cannot be imported.

when i switch pages and go to another it seems like css is slow to load

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Performance, and set up the option Builder local styles: Inline in header. After, check if the problem persists.
