Custom page header

How can I edit the header of pages? I am not referring to the menu, but to the section that appears on all pages except the homepage. Thank you

If I create a custom header my main menu becomes a hamburger icon. I attach the screen.

I would just like to change the top of the pages, above the title and breadcrumbs because I currently have a blue band.

When you create a header template, please, change the header style in the theme option to any other than the creative one.
