How to change the background

Im woking on this prebuilt template https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/whiskey2/ but for the life of me cannot figure out how to change the background of this section. How is the wavy line, that goes through "1oo years of tradition" generated and where/how do i remove ?

It is set as a section background, but as it is an older demo, an option for it is placed in the Deprecated area.
