Parts of the website not displayed
Hi, we have created the website in a domain hosted on our servers. At the end of the work we transferred the site to the client's domain and server.
The upload was done via FTP.
The server parameters have been set correctly.
The problem is that in the new installation some pages are missing content. Besides that we can't even add the old contents to the pages having this problem because the editor doesn't save the contents.
The site is currently online and we don't know what to do. You have the solution to the problem.
Below you will find the links of the two installations.
Thank you
this is the link of the page (new domain and new server) where the contents are missing https://metalsystemindustries.it/tecnologie/
This is the link of the same page from which the website download was made https://metal.area.industries/tecnologie/

Hello,
Please share with us your PHPINFO file for the new domain. It's really necessary right now.
If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:

Thanks
Sorry, but this is not a PHPINFO file but a System Status screenshot.
Please, check the link I sent in my previous message.
Best regards

Thank you.
I sent the accesses to the link you indicated.
I don't know how to attach this thread to the forum. I've never done this before.
How should I proceed?
The accesses I sent are the same both for the domain at the link https://metalsystemindustries.it/wp-admin/ and for the domain at the link https://metal.area.industries/wp-admin/
A colleague of mine pointed out to me that, in his opinion, the only difference between the two installations is that in the development version we use an older server with PHP 7.3 while in the production one the server is PHP 7.4.
Can this hint help you?
