Responsive view

In premade theme the responsive view changes do not apply. I really don't want to start messing with z-index also. Besides I have tried it and didn't work. Are there any other ways to do it?

Hi! Thank you, I have watched it multiple times but it doesn't show my current case. My issue is that that I want the text and picture to be: pic-text-pic-text-pic-text. At the moment it is: pic-text-text-pic-pic-text.
