Do you mean that anchor links do not work correctly, right?
You have duplicate IDs, while every ID should be unique.
Sections you have on mobile should have another ID name, so you need to edit your website, and rename duplicates.
To link it correctly, you must create a menu for mobile display and choose it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header.
