We can choice between three template in portfolio page, how to edit or create a new one?

Hi,

We do not have the option to create a custom template for portfolio pages.

You can create a page template:

In it, you can create builder content and use it on posts, portfolio pages, and regular pages. Notice that the content there is not dynamic.
