Navigation logo not linking properly on subpages

For some reason the link in the header works for the main pages, but on the subpages it doesn't update to go to the proper location of the home page.

Main Page example: new.watmec.com/

Subpage example: http://new.watmec.com/2023/03/5-challenges-all-teams-face/

You'll see that the link on the WATMEC logo works great on the home page, but as soon as I move into a subfolder item it no longer links to the home page.
