Header Style Not Flush

Hello, I'm having an issue when changing the header style from fixed to classic. It appears to be adding another line in the header, and thus it does not look flush. It's a clean, straight line with fixed. 

I've attached a picture to give you a better idea. Thanks for taking a look.

I was worried you would say that haha...OK I've put up the original "fixed" with the clean straight one line across. This is the way it's supposed to look. But every time I changed to "classic" it comes out as you can see in the original post. 

All I want is to add the action bar. Maybe there is another way of doing that while retaining "fixed"?

This looks like extra padding below menu items comes. But where is the url to page where we can check this padding/margin?
