Navigate to Section

Hello, I used to be able to use a button to navigate to a specific section of a page with an ID in depreciated settings - but I can't find where to add this ID now.

I want the "Learn More" button to scroll the user down to the second section of the page.

Now you can assign ID in the Advanced tab of the section options.
