Muffin Settings not appearing

In Appearance>BeTheme Options
There are some of the buttons for the options not displaying. For instance when i log in and Menu & Action Bars - the on/off button for the Action bar does not appear.

I currently have the 8.6 version which i believe is the most up to date. Can you please help me with this issue.
