"Shortcoder" Plugin Causes A Difference in Display

I am using the plugin "shortcoder", which allows you to create custom shortcodes. If I use a custom shortcode created via this plugin in an element in BeBuilder, the element looks great within BeBuilder however the output on the frontend page does not match what is seen in BeBuilder. The shortcode executes properly, however margins/padding/typography changes/etc. do not translate from BeBuilder to the frontend.

Obviously, the theme and plugin are conflicting somewhere. Is there an easy way around this?
