Menu in Header Burger only shows the correct menu when logged in. How to fix it?

I have a Template Header and using the menu burger for tablets and mobile only, show show another menu, but id only shows it when is logged in WP.

How to fix it?

not logged in Wordpress. Not loading the correct menu.

Do you have any caching tools enabled on your server?

If you are unsure about it, contact your server administrator.
