page content keeps disappearing
I checked the php and contacted host (Bluehost). They claim it is a theme issue. I am working on a live fake url site as a replacement to an active site. Some pages retain the content, some content vanishes as soon as I close page. Any ideas?

Hi,
Do you have the newest version of Betheme installed?
Can you describe in more detail what your host said?
Best regards
I upped the php on Bluehost Tuesday, yet BeTheme does not acknowedge it.
Thank you. Bluehost has "escalated my ticket" for three days now, meaning no reply. I create a page, add content, and view/publish. When I return or test site, the content is gone. Page is there, only header and footer appear.
I have current everything. One thing I noticed on Bluehost was this was set to 7.4. I changed it to 8.1. Issue still occurs. I should not be dabbling with all this.
I have used BeTheme on 2 other Bluehost sites. One had similar issues at start up. Any advice?

I have checked your website and created a new page for tests "BeSupport test page". I added to this new page content from your Home page, the About us page, and some pre-built sections and no content was erased.
Are there any extra steps to reproduce this issue?
What I noticed is that you have caching tool enabled on your website, which might affect it. I suggest disabling it when you perform changes on your website and activating it back then you finish.

Fingers crossed. I am giving it a shot so see how it goes. I still wonder why the PHP is not accurate. My other sites have this info mirrored from Bluehost. It has been 10 days yet this still inaccurately shows low PHP time and input levels. Thanks!
Once I used the undo option, page went haywire, unformatting itself. Anyone else have that issue?
It is a server configuration, and we do not have impact on that, so I cannot tell what might be wrong with that.
There is a bug with it, which we are currently investigating. I suggest not using this option for now.
