The only option to show that is to use the popup shortcode:
https://muffingroup.com/betheme/elements/popup/
It will show the popup after clicking on the link or button.
We are currently working on Popup Builder, with which you can add the exact popup from your screenshot, but I cannot tell when this feature will be out.
