Theme install not completing

I have been trying to install a theme but it is stuck on 'content' and on 88%. If i refresh, everything is lost, im not sure if i am supposed to let it install for a week or a month.

Hello Phil,

I think the issues were with the hosting server. I changed the server to another country and i stopped getting the issues.

I also am not able to import single page to the theme from another theme.

It does nothing and everything stays as it is.
