Really slow speeds admin side

Hello - we usually build on UNCODE theme with WPBakery. We wanted to try BeTheme as the amount of people using it is really impressive. We have a site up on the same server as other WP sites, and the speed difference admin site is really slow.

The functionality over UNCODE is impressive so we want this to work but page load and builder times are just too slow. We even notice that when we load a published page there is a visible delay in it loading the fonts so we see a flicker of a standard font before it loads our chosen fonts.

Any advice would be great - really not meaning to be a hater here - we see the potential in this setup, just need it to be a bit faster

Also - how do I change my username on this forum. I can't find an option to do so. Can you just change it to something generic for me?
