BeBuilder Blocks doesnt work when click edit page

Hi,

BeBuilder Blocks doesnt work when i click edit page. It works only the Be Builder Live preview.

What could be the problem.

Hi,

Do you have BeBuilder Blocks enabled in Theme options?

You can check that in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced.

Hi Phil,

yes of course , the problem is when I enable it. and after going to edit the page it keep loading doesn't show the entire blocks, please see the screenshot:

I have tried to reinstall the theme, reinstall Wordpress but nothing has worked, please tell me what could be the problem

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

If this will not help, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
