It looks like these icons do not have links assigned to them, and they have only #. Also, the logo leads to your main page.

I can see that you build your header with Elementor. Did you try contacting them? It is not our builder, and we do not have an impact on that.
I can only recommend turning off all of the plugins, refreshing your cache, and checking if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
