Link from one slider to another on the same page

Hello, is it possible to link from an image on one rev slider(on the top of the site) to second one on the same page but lower, and link to a specific slide. I tried Actions>Scroll to ID and seting up ID's for slides in the target slider but it doesnt't work. The page is czyscimylaserami.pl and I want to link categories (metal, beton, kamien, drewno) to slides in the "uslugi" section below.

It is impossible to open a particular slide.

You can only scroll to the given section with anchor links.
