Quick Fact and Counter, not working

Hi when i use the quick fact element, the number doesnt count up, it has no animation.

(I have checked theme options - advanced and toggled the setting "Animate digits" and it doesnt work when off or on.)

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

thanks, it was a siteground optimizer plugin that caused the error. deactivated and now works fine.
