I reinstall local by flywheel, I created a new site, I reinstall the theme, I cleared cash in my chrome browser, but the problem insists. I have not installed any other pluging besides the default, that cannot be unistalled
I had the following issue from the beginning and i made only the suggested change in the php.ini.hps file and the server status is ok.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Please try another local installation, like via XAMPP, and see if the problem persists.
On the internet, tons of tutorials show how to install WordPress on XAMPP.
