Single Page Import not working

Hi - I'm working to import a single page based on this information: https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-import-single-page/

When I choose the appropriate URL (i.e. https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/dentist3/), nothing actually happens. This is with a blank page OR a page with an element already on it.

Am I missing something?
