Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Also, please update our Betheme to the newest version.

We already tried all of the above and it seems to be linked to BeTheme not working properly. When I deinstall BeTheme, it's working. How can I resolve that problem?

I have disabled all plugins we do not support, and the admin bar appeared.

Please disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.
