I've created a section where the background color changes on hover. This works perfectly but I would like to integrate some other commands when hovering. For example I would like to make the image zoom even if you are not over the image but over the entire section you see (purple). I would also like the writing to become bigger with only the hover of the whole section. Is there a way to do this?

I can't figure out how to take mouse hover event from code, do you have any suggestions?

You can either put it in the Page options (so it will affect only a particular page) or in the Theme options so that you can reuse this CSS for an entire website.
