BeBuilder editor freezing up when trying to edit home page

I've deactivated all plugins to eliminate something else causing it. I'm able to edit the page in Gutenberg mode, but when I click to edit the Betheme elements it freezes up, or when I edit via BeBuilder it freezes up. Any recommendations please? I just purchased the Betheme bemarketing 2 template and using all the required plugins.

I deactivated unsupported plugins, and edit page loaded correctly.

Please disable your plugins one by one, and you will see which plugin the culprit is.

I'm guessing it's the hosting cache plugin then. Thank you!
