BeBuilder stops working

When I open a template to change something, I see the following.

When i click on it, i see the following

Nothing has changed, it worked this morning and now it doesn't.

I can i restore it?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Sorry, but your WP panel is not working. Are you sure that you do not have the URL changed?

Also, you did not attach FTP access. Please send another message with complete data.

Ok, i send the information again.

But now the problem is different, the builder is working again, but the sidebar isn't showing anymore in the pages with templates.

This is on the live site, on the testsite it still shows the sidebar. The links are in de send info through the contactform.

Please edit your templates, and change the sidebar to Default.

After that, the sidebar should appear.
