Changing position of fixed Wrap

Can I position wraps that I fix for scrolling further up?

I have the problem that I have a wrap in which a table of content element is fixed on the page, which also looks good on the large monitor, but is cut off at the bottom on a smaller screen. And above the element would still be space. Can I move it further up?
