Unable to Deregister Theme

Hi,

I've recently taken over a new website and BeTheme won't update. When trying to run the theme update I get the error message: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

The theme appears to be registered, but I can't deregister it - as I've just taken it on, it's not in showing in my licences against my Envato account.



How can I update the theme or deregister this theme and add a new licence without losing all the data?
