Critical error when updating to new wordpres and theme version.

When we update to to version 6.0.3 of WordPress and update the be theme to its latest version I get a critical error that breaks the website. We host our websites through Nexcess any idea what could be causing this issue?

Did you try disabling your plugins before an update?

If not, please turn them off, update WP, and check if the same happens.

That did not help. We got this error when we did it:
