Disable attribute as URL links

Is it possible to disable attributes from being active URLS? Looking for them to act as more of a table and not try and redirect to similar attribute products? Thanks

Yes please. Do you know how to change the Read More button on a category page. Change the text of it I mean. I found this article but I don't see catlog mode in woo commerce so wondered if I can do it via the theme?
