How to Provide Access to sites
Do you have a recommended procedure for us Betheme users to provide to you in support, in order that you can login to our sites? I'm not specifically doubting the Betheme support team, but It seems a little dangerous to me to provide admin credentials for WordPress and FTP access as well, especially for a live site. But then I'm very new to the WordPress world, and this seems to be taken somewhat for granted. I'm getting ready to post a question to the Fonts support group, but it I think it would be hard to diagnose without actually looking at the internals of the site.

First, sending just a link to your website with a screenshot and description of your problem is best.
If the problem is not easy to fix, and we need to look at your dashboard, we will ask you to send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.
